I need help in moving my purchased maps from my Go 920 that had a screen failure to my newly purchased Go 2535. Tomtom Home doesn't recognize the new hardware and mytomtom doesn't provide any options for moving maps.
If the failed unit is returned to TomTom, they've been known to transfer map subscriptions to newly acquired units. It's worth a try. Give Tech Support a call and plead your case. It's worth a shot, and sometimes produces a good result.
