How to delete all MapShare changes?

I want to start over with my Mapshare changes; I'd like to remove all my changes as well as all the changes I've downloaded via MapShare. I know this is done via HOME, but I can't seem to figure out how. Any thoughts?

I saw it in one of the pull-down menus up top.
