How to connect Motorola Razr 3vm to tomtom one new generation?

I can get the bluetooth pairing with tomtom one new generation but when it sets up wireless data connection it doesn't show verizon as a provider. How can this be? How can I connect?

that's a restriction of Verizon. They don't allow it apparently.
