How do I get new updated maps?

Justbought my TT1 a week ago. I hae read a few of the posts here and see that I have an outdated map of the US and Canada. How do I get the update to the newer map without spending alot of money? If i gointo buy anew map, it says I have to pay 99 euros which is over a hundred dollars as far as I can tell. I read on here that you could getan update for 6 dollars I think but I can not figure out how to get it.

The update for $6 was a promotion that has already ended. Your best bet is to contact support and tell them of your situation.
