How do I download routes sent to me by another TomTom user?

I drive coaches for a living and one of the company's I do work for do a lot of school routes and I have to learn them mysellf but one of the drivers has all the routes on his tomtom and has sent them me via mydrive/share but when I try and open them the route isn't on it. does anyone know how to get the routes that are sent by some one else?

To get this route, you connected to his Mydrive account.

I just sent them my log in and let them add the routes that way. Saved lots of messing around but think if there is an option to share the route individually you should be able to.

If it's with Mydrive it's up to him to give you his login ID.

The other possibility is that it sends you one by one itinerary in GPX.
