How do I backup data on TomTom 930 ?

How do I back up just the data on TomTom 930 ? I.E. P.O.I. , waypoints personal info. saved after
using the gps. Are these all saved into the internal memory or can you save them on sd card?
If saving on sd card, how is this done?

What file(s) or folder do I copy ?
