Thought I would pass along some pics of my mount I made for my Tomtom this evening.
Its in my Ford Exploder and now I dont have to reach a mile to get to it.[:)]

Made entirely from polycarbonate and some epoxy.

Very nice! Clean and functional. And... it's not as much in the sun as being mounted on the windshield.

Thank you.

I mostly did this so I dont have ugly circles left on the windshield and so much closer for touching the screen.

Very nice. I just got my first TomTom and I'm trying to figure out the best way
to mount it on the dash. How is your mount attached to the dash?

Chris

Sorry for not getting back. I just removed the fake wood bezel and used 3 wood screws thru the lexan into the plastic dash.
I will take a pic later. Their worth a thousand words.

Thank you.

I added a pic above so you can see how its mounted. Really simple, and effective. Totally hand made.:)

You cant really see it but the part that goes back over the dash has one little rubber foot so its rest on the dash. Really not needed, as this is very rigid.
