HOME help!

First post here so please be gentle! I'm trying to set a PIN using TomTom HOME. I have clicked on "Operate my Rider" and an image of my Rider V2 comes on the screen but shows "no maps found!" I can't get passed this, can anyone help?

Can you check using Explorer to ensure you have a map folder on your unit? If so, try a reset of the unit and reconnect to Home? If that doesn't help, maybe an unin stall and reinstall of Home.

I had the same problem until I upgraded map. There are others threads about this subject in the forum. The ultimate solution has usually been to upgrade to the latest map.
