Hi all. Just got the 720 from Sams Club and I love it so far. My fifth or sixth GPS unit and by far the best of the bunch. Finally got it to work with my Blackberry Pearl and now trying to get the thing to recognize my SD card so I can load it up with music. Hopefully I can learn a few things that I will be able to share with the community.

Welcome. Hope you've backed up the complete unit using Explorer, not Home. Make sure hidden files/folders are showing as are extensions for known file types.

Consider it your 'safety net'
