Help!!

First post newbie here. I have wiped my tomtom and have no back up to tell you how this happened would just take forever, I need to know if there is anything I can do to restore it?? All my things maps etc are there in TOMTOM home but the message I am getting when I try to load tom tom is "download file does not exist"

can anybody help??

You will need to call TomTom on this one I believe.

So it appears that you have a backup on your computer, but the 'Home' program won't let you restore it.

Forget the Home program and just use Windows Explorer. You can find the backup in My Documents --> TomTom --> Home --> Backup.

Just manually copy the files over to your TomTom, which shows up as an external drive.
