Help with TomTom Home

I have a One XL-S & the home software never stops "Loading" when connecting to the tomtom - I had it set to check for updates automatically & de-selected thinking that was the issue. when I try to load voices or computer voices, it does the same thing.

Reset the device, reinstalled the software, feels like I have tried just about everything - anyone have any suggestions?

try doing it in this order,

open software, connect usb, then switch on tomtom

it might help you, worth a try

nope - same deal... just sits on the "loading" screen

The only other thing i can think of is that it might be something todo with your fiewall settings.

don't think so - it was working fine about an hour ago...

thanks for the suggestions - I'll give it a shot again on my home pc later tonite

must have been - it worked for me when I got home
