Help with my Tom Tom One 3rd editition

I updated my Tom Tom aand now it locks up when typing in addresses' Does anybody have any ideas what is going on and what I need to do?

If the soft reset doesn't work, redownload and reinstall the application, then the clear flash tool.

If it's freezing at a certain point on the map (or when it's trying to calculate a route), that generally means the map file is corrupted and will need to be reinstalled.
