Hello fellow users. I have been having the hardest time trying to get itineraries on my Pro 8000, which is basically just a 730. Basically I have an excel file with about 400 addresses. This is what I have done thus far.

1. I have exported my addresses into a csv from excel in this Format (32.50722, -84.96756, "Circle K #6685")
- I only have about 20 different addresses per csv
2. From here I have loaded the file into both PoiEdit 2007 and Tyre and can save as an .itn file.
3. I place the newly created itn file in the itn folder on my TomTom.

The problem I am having is that when I load the itinerary on my TomTom all of the locations are grayed and have a line through them. I have searched forever and can't really find a solution to this. I have listed three images below. The first image is what the route looks like when I load it. It has no stops selected so I went in and selected a few which is represented in the second image. The last is what happens when I click on done. I really want to find a better way to input the itineraries rather than type them into the TomTom each day. Thanks in advance for any help.

Given your "Next itinerary location is not on the current map" error in your third picture, I'm wondering if POIedit/Tyre are assuming the North/South & East/West improperly.

I haven't used those tools, but what if you add N and W to the beginning of the coordinates (and remove the negative) in the csv?

Re-open the file with TYRE and make sure it is displayable on your map.

The itn file that you generated can be viewed with any text editor. It sounds as though there's an issue with your itn file that we could probably spot easily... they're pretty simple to decipher. Can you copy and paste the content of the itn here, or just attach it? It sounds like Tyre misinterpreted your CSV, and that all you may need to do is manually add "-" signs to your longitudes in your itn file using Wordpad or something similar.
