how do you properly backup my tt xls to my computer so i dont end up in mess like before, thanks for your patience

If you got it back up by copying and pasting back to your TomTom, just reverse the process and COPY and PASTE the contents to a folder on your computer. DO NOT use the CUT function accidentally!

You might ALSO use TomTOM Home to copy to computer your maps, voices, etc.

You've seen in other posts.......use Explorer to backup your unit's contents, not Home.
