help putting POI on tomtom 920T

Hi all I am new here I live in the UK and I have just got a TOMTOM 920T
We are going to be using are 920 in the USA and Canada when we are on holiday
I am just wondering how I down load and put the POI for the USA and Canada on my tomtom
