I have a 520 (same spec as 720 pretty much) and it stopped speaking and letting me say addresses with speech. It has also lost the car icons that came pre-loaded. I am running UK & Rep Ire map V7.10 and firmware 7.221.
I have managed to get it to recognise me saying an address again by adding the support_asr file but it doesn't prompt me for the address like it used to i.e. please state town/city.
Please can someone help me work out what files have gone from my tomtom and if possible direct me to somehwere where I might be able to get them???
I've only had it for 2 days and it's gone on the fritz already, is there anyway I can just reset it back to factory settings, as everytime I have tried to do the reset thing it still keeps everything in its memory...arrrgghh!!!!
