sorry for the double post but here is the answer to my question.....

We understand that the basic instructions are in UK English. Our company is based in the Netherlands and the information was provided for us from the British Red Cross. There may be an update for US in future, right now when is comes to first aid basic health care is universal. We hope this information is helpful to you

Hmm...thats an interesting point. Cos i'm in the UK, and my Help Me shows dentists, pharmacy's, Doctors (although my local one was missing) but NO Police Stations!! According to my TomTom my nearest is in Northern France...
surely if you are in need of some help. The police might be your first port of call...come on TomTom!
