Help Me Feature

ALright so I just updated my TomTom 510 (It has been a while) and am now seeing a "help me" option. Within that option I get several others. My big wonder is why is there a "First Aid guide" and Other guide" if neither one of them work. Is anyone else having problems with these options? Have you figured them out?

The same goes for the "Map Correction" option, I touch it and get the message "This map is out of date.... Please use TomTom Home or go to www tomtom com, which I have attempted both.

Please help this make my device even more useful now.

If you have home 2.1 you can connect your device and then go to purcahse maps. You will get a screen which shows maps available for you device. the new 7.1 map should appear on your choice list. It may be near the bottom as it is w/ mine. you can purchase the map at this point. I was thinking about doing ths myself but I am thinking that once I purchase this 7.1 map, they will change something. I'm going to wait and see!!!!!

My 910 does the same thing. I can only think these features may be made available in the future...I hope.

mine did the same, map corrections doesn't work and the update on home 2 doesn't show the 7.1o new maps, it shows the current one I have

I think the map update feature pertains only to your current map. Meaning the map you have has all the updates associated with it. You need to go to the Add Map icon to get new maps which are now only available in Euros as the US Map site is still down.
