Help! Just can't seem to figure it out

Hi all

I have a Rider 550, car do freecom 2 headset and a galaxy s7 phone.

Phone some reason they just don't want to connect together. Whenever I connect my phone or sat nav to the freecom 2 then try to connect the other it just wants to knock it off. I can't figure it out, apparently the freecom has 2 bluetooth channels so i can't see why there would be a problem.
