TomTom Model(s)
Tomtom One 140S
Just bought a Tomtom One 140S, and tried to download updated maps with Tomtom HOME. Got message that I didn't have enough memory (that's another problem). Must have pushed the wrong button because now when I switch on the unit I get message. <No maps found>. No, I did not make a back up. Any suggestions, or should I return the unit to the store as defective.

Problem was solved by a call to Tomtom service. Answered by knowlegable woman who talked me through it on my computer. Seems I had to delete the faulty map folder from the device, before downloading the new map. Impressed with the service.
