Noob here. I bought an xl 340 and can't get it connected to my vista desktop. I donloaded home off the website. My computer says it can't find the driver. I tried to go through the process of updating the windows32 file and then it says it can't find the mass storage file. Any help would be greatful.

Try running Home in XP compatoble mode.

Also, hold the power button on the unit about 15 seconds to reset it prior to connecting to Home.

This is brand new, never used. I can't get the computer to find a driver for the tomtom.
