Hi I'm New here and I just recently got a Tomtom (330.s).
And I already have a question is it true that i can update my map for free from the Tomtom home "Latest Map Guarantee: if a new map is released within 30 days of purchase, download it for free from TomTom HOME" If so how do I do this?

That is correct. If your unit is less than 30 days old, you should be able to get the latest (845) map by going to Home's Tools-->Latest Map guarantee.

If, in doing so, it says you have the latest map and you know you do not, then call support at 866-486-6866.
