Based on my experiences, the latest GO720 firmware update was not ready for prime time. I earlier posted the solution to the Red X - Solved at boot. That gave me back navigation functionality but Bluetooth was not working correctly with my iPhone. Prior to the update, Bluetooth connectivity worked flawlessly.
So, another call to TomTom support produced a custom .zip file that contains all the files necessary to down_rev the Bluetooth configuration files to re-establish working Bluetooth.
The zip file is named GO720-7221.zip
Case number is 080515-008933
If you call TomTom support, they can place this download in your "My Questions History" portion of MyTomTom for easy download.
All you have to do is manually move the files to the TomTom and click "yes" to the system prompt that asks if you want to overwrite the file that already exists.
Hope this helps...according to TomTom support, they are getting a lot of calls about Bluetooth problems that this down_rev fixes.
I just placed a hands-free call and works like a champ.
Hope this helps.

PS - Once again, kudos to TomTom tech support for having a quick solution....too bad so many problems were created by a bad update/patch....then again, not every patch is a good patch!
