Hello and thank you for accepting me into this forum.
Having not used our GO6000 for a while, we noticed in the past few days that we no longer get any traffic information when travelling. In TomTom Services on the device we found that Traffic Services is supposed to have expired last month. It then says to go to TomTom/Services and purchase a subscription, but there are two problems.

In TomTom Services on the device we found that Traffic Services is supposed to have expired last month. It then says to go to TomTom/Services and purchase a subscription, but there are two problems.
- Although I have logged into both My Drive and the GO 6000 they will not connect, no matter what I try (incl. the infamous ‘turn-it-off-and-turn-it-on-again’ or rebooting the laptop). There was a recent up-date to My Drive, though.
- When I go to the website and log into my account, there is no subsection ‘Services’ and in my account there are no subscriptions listed, expired or otherwise (apart from speed cameras, which we never had). Consequently, there is no path to purchasing any services / features.
