Go500 micro sd-card not seen

I must updat my go500 with the extra sd-card, but the card is formatted by the computer but still it is not seen in the tomtom.
What to do?

I found the problem; FAT32. Not nfts.
Noé the system is formatting. Hope this works.

If it is a GO 500 that connects to MyDrive Connect, it is the GPS that formats the SD to be recognized by the system.
The maximum accepted by the GPS is a 32 GB SD.
If you can, try with another SD.
