Go1005 screen freeze

My Go1005 camper keeps freezing at various stages furthest it has got is planning a route, mileage and travel time then freezes and returns to start up screen. Have tried reset no joy now can not progress past start up page. It's 4 years old and having read other posts is it only bin worthy now? Very inconvenient time to play up as needed for trip tomorrow.
