Go Navigation App will not start

Hi, I bought a 1-year license installed the App on my Android Tablet, put in my data etc. and restarted the App. During the loading process, it stops and ended. Without any error etc. A new start brings always the same. App will not start.
Support is not answering.
What can I do?

Try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.

Clear the cache and data of the GO Navigation app.

Sounds like TomTom support are up to their old tricks. Not responding or acknowledging when they have no answer

What's the screen size? The app isn't really made for sizes larger than 7".
