Go large vehicle subscription purchase not active iso iPhone

I purchase go large vehicle yearly subscription for iOS iPhone from Tom Tom website.
My phone app says no active subscription but I have purchased it ?
My Tom Tom accounts say it’s active ?

A subscription purchased from the Apple Store is only visible on your Apple account.

I just saw that you purchased the app directly from the TomTom website.
This purchase is available for cars.
For trucks, you must purchase the additional truck subscription.

I guess this is one of the campaigns for truck through TomTom.com.

If you scroll way down in the app, is there the option to restore purchases? Then, log in with your TomTom account.

Yeh done that still doesn’t show subscription

Can you try this?

iOS: Open the app, tap Existing user. Enter your Apple password (due to Apple security). Tap login again, enter your TomTom email and password.

Maybe I'm wrong?
If I buy the app, the 30% discount applies to Android, but I couldn't find one for iOS.
