Go expert plus 7 completely dead

My go expert plus 7 worked fine Friday, Monday it won’t turn on, held the on button for well over two mins no response, tried plugging it into the mains just in case the truck connections were faulty, no response, it’s completely dead, anyone have any ideas please

There can be 2 causes if your GPS does not turn on either the cable or the support which are defective.
To make it charge have you tried with another cable?
Do you plug it into the support or directly into the GPS?

I tried to plug a different cable directly into the gps, then to the mains rather than the truck ( took it home) still no joy

Is it still under warranty?
if yes contact Tomtom support.
