GO expert for bus

Hello,

I have a Tomtom GO expert set up for coach driving in France.
I have two problems when I use it.
1- Tomtom takes into account restrictions that only concern trucks. The proposed itineraries avoid roads where trucks are not allowed, even though I am allowed to use them.
2- On the route, it displays car speed limits without taking into account my vehicle's speed restrictions.
For example, on a road limited to 110 km/h, it displays 110 km/h instead of the 90 km/h authorized for coaches. On freeways, it displays 130 km/h instead of the authorized 100 km/h...

Is there a problem with my Tomtom GO Expert?

Everything is fine with your device!
TomTom still has big deficits. You must have entered a weight of over 3.5 or 7.% tons in your bus profile. If you now come to a sign "Prohibition for trucks over 7.5 tons", the device will not let you drive in there! Because they only process the number 7.5 tons (and you are over that) Even if there is an additional sign saying "residents free", delivery traffic free", buses free etc. you will not be routed through there! I have been trying to explain this problem to TomTom for years! But they don't understand it or don't want to understand it!
It's the same with the speed thing! It has been reported to TT countless times but nothing happens!
