Go Expert 7 GPS signal issues

I have noticed problems with the GPS signal on my Go Expert 7 for over 3 months. Sometimes I can't get any signal all day, and usually when I do, the location is inaccurate with a measurement error of up to 200 metres. Resetting and restoring the device to factory settings does not help. The last software update released by the manufacturer was in 2023. Has anyone encountered a similar problem on their device? Or is this a defect of my device only.

A couple of points

1. do you have a heated windscreen?
2. If you take your device out of the vehicl, does it then see a GPS signal

The device is kept away from the windscreen so it can't be overheated. Today I managed to get a signal after 3 hours but still accuracy is extremly low. Deviations from the actual location is usually 50-200 m. Probably the gps module is broken.
