Go Exclusive updates not working?

I bought it in June and have had two map updates - but nothing has ever popped up under "Updates & new items". Does this mean I am not getting any speed camera updates? I have Premium Services and Speed Camera Updates activated. I used to have to tap on the "Updates & new items" to update my cameras, charging points etc on my old Go X Premium

For map updates you don't have to connect your GPS to your computer, do you?

No, they are done through wi-fi.

IF - if you had set up your phone as a Bluetooth tethering connection for your device, then yes, this is possible. It is possible for your Exclusive to obtain updates through your phone when your phone is used either as a WiFi hotspot or tethered Bluetooth connection back to the Netherlands. The MyDrive app isn't required for your Exclusive - only for older Nav4 devices like the Premium / Supreme / WIFI / x0 / xx0 / xx00 / etc. that can't connect to the outside world except to use the app to do so.

That's very interesting. I was worried that I was vulnerable to speed cameras, in particular, being moved around. I wonder if a TomTom moderator can advise?
