Help needed! I have purchased a tomtom go exclusive plus and I cannot get it connected to my iPhone with MyDrive so that I can have the phone features working?? It connects with the Bluetooth and hotspot and I receive traffic no issues but when I try to connect MyDrive and the iPhone I just get an error message. I have reset the device, deleted/reinstalled the MyDrive app and followed the help answers to no avail. This was not cheap and at the moment I just feel like cutting my loses and getting rid of it. The customer service side of things is shocking also and the robot help isn’t exactly helpful.
