Go Discover will not sync premium service

Please help, I have followed all the instructions that I can. My Go Discover updates and downloads everything over the WiFi and works fine but it won't let me update my premium service subscription to my device although it's showing on my laptop app. I have MyDrive on my phone and laptop and logged in appropriately on my tomtom device. I follow all the instructions but when it comes to choose device on laptop screen, I press continue and the page just refreshes to the same screen. A picture of my device is shown on the screen but I can't click on anything else but continue. I've also tried on my son's up to date PC but the outcome is the same. I have paid for premium services but my devices just says that premium services have expired. I follow the prompts and end up in circles?
