Go Camper Max 2nd Generation
Hi I am new to the forum just bought a GO Camper Max for a European trip starting next Tuesday is there anyone with good knowledge of the sat nav that may be able to answer a few of my teething problem questions?
Thanks
Mike

Hello

What are your first problems?
Because if you don't tell us, we can't guess.

Sorry
I have a number of questions

1 I have a Peugeot boxer van conversion and I have input the van as Camper with dimensions and the gross weight which is 3.5 ton but it is asking for the axle weight and I am not sure what to put might this have an influence on setting journeys

2 When I travel in Europe I never do toll roads and therefore have set settings to avoid tolls. I have set routes from home in UK to destinations in France that I have previously travelled on no toll but the reply from the Go Camper was route cannot be completed without tolls?

3 I have been trying to set routes in France in advance of my visit such as Calais to Limoges. I have input Calais into the maps then accepted it as a starting point then searched Limoges on map to create the journey but a message flashes up at the top of the screen saying ‘Route does not comply with your vehicle profile’ and quickly disappears Where am I going wrong. In this situation I have settings to avoid tolls and Low Emmision Zones.

4. If I change the vehicle from Camper to Car the above Route does not comply with your vehicle profile does not appear.

Has anyone had the same problems and is able to offer some assistance
This would be greatly appreciated.

Your route may include bridges, so be aware of the height you enter.

Axle weight (maximum axle weight) refers to the load supported by a single axle when the vehicle is loaded. This weight should never exceed the maximum recommended axle weight (maximum axle weight). A vehicle or trailer with multiple axles can carry a heavier load because it is distributed among the axles.

Axle weight is calculated based on the weight of the vehicle or trailer, the weight of the load being carried, and the number of axles. Ensure you do not exceed the maximum axle weight to avoid causing damage to the vehicle, trailer, or the road.
