i guys this is my first post on this forum i?v e read a lot of post but i can found a solution for my problem.this is the problem:when i press power on my 720 on the screen shows an image of the tomtom and a disk(pic 1) when i connect to the pc it appears the tomtom on the cradle whit a hand an a red crux and stays there (pic 2) when i try to connect to tomtom home it does nothing if i press the power boton for too long it looks like DOS (pic 3) and i can?t format the disc some times it try to read the memory but it stops and the only way to power down is reseting is there a way to fix this?please help

Tr a pin reset and then try docking again. See if it starts up properly.

If no success, try downloading and running the ClearFlash tool from here:

well i try this but still not working i can have accesses to the disk
some times it trys to read the flash memory but stops and freeze my computer

is there any program to put on the sd card that i can use to format the flash memory or any one can explain to me how to put the navecore on the sd and start from there

The best bet may be to call TomTom Support, I had the same exact issue and only thing that worked was calling the support number, they sent me new Software and Map to reload. Apperently what caused the issue is not properly removing the TT from the Cradle.
