Go 710 needing new SD ard

Can anyone help? I have a 710 & I need to use a bigger SD card. I cant get it to be recognized by 'HOME' to restore my backup. I have tried to 'sync'it with HOME without any SD card (which it tells you to do) - will not connect have tried inserting the new card but still the same. ]Any ideas?

Can you see the device using Windows Explorer? it will show up as its own drive letter - then use Windows Explorer to copy your backup from the computers hard drive to the card - Mike

A couple things: have you formatted the new card? Most of them don't need this, but you might try it. Also, check out Birdman's site for tips on getting a TomTom to recognize an SD card properly; read Question #5 HERE
