go 700 accelerometer ???

read on this web site http://www.maintech.de/nonprofit-projects/opentom-mp3-player/ you can turn the go700 into an mp3 player and has an accelerometer. i'm more interested in installing the accelerometer but run into some issues. anyone know an easier way. Ed
