Go 620 Professional Lifetime Live Traffic expired!!

Hi guys. I'm new to the forum so forgive me if this question has been answered already - I've looked but can't find it.
Bought a 620 Pro to replace an identical model which got damaged. Now the lifetime Live Traffic has expired (as of 20th Dec 2021)
I still have the old device & it has Live Traffic until 20-08-2028
Any ideas how I can re-instate LT?
I tried a soft reset, didnt work
Looked at 'ABOUT' in the device, it says Expired.

Well, you do the same:
1. Go to the site and register (it's free)
2. Post your concern and tag moderator @VikramK in your post.

He should see the post and do the same for your device.

Thanks. I tried that already but when I click 'Register' I get an error saying 'This page isn't working right now'.
I'll give it another go in a bit.

Yup. Something seriously broken there. I tried to log in with my regular account, and got

Service Unavailable - Zero size object
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

Hi I just had a problem with my 6000 live services expired, I contacted TomTom and they re activated my sim, hope this helps.
