Hello

Once again I return to this forum seeking guidance. I have a Go 600 that I have always used an IPad mini 4 to receive traffic via Bluetooth. This IPad works flawlessly connecting to My Drive. The IPad is running iOS 10.3.1 and the My Drive Version is V2.3.0. I have an IPhone 6plus that is running iOS 12.4.7 and the My Drive Version is V2.4.0. This IPhone connects flawlessly to my Go 520 and 3 different Go 620s. And lastly I have an IPhone SE (2nd gen) that is running iOS 13.5.1 and My Drive Version 2.10.1. I can get both IPhones to pair via Bluetooth to this Go 600 , but always get a message that they cannot connect to My Drive. I keep the IPad & IPhone 6plus on the older versions iOS and My Dive solely because I have no issues connecting to My Drive. Any ideas why I cannot get the Go 600 to connect to MyDive on either one of these IPhones.

Thanks M.K.W.

Anything running a recent version of iOS is going to have Bluetooth problems with any TomTom device, and many other devices as well. There's clearly something broken in the BT stacks that, if you CAN get things paired up, tends to drop the connection after a short while anyway. Your iPad on 10.3.1 pre-dates the problems Apple has been having with BT connections at v12 and beyond. Everyone has been pulling out hair trying to sort it out. For at least the time being, would advise sticking with anything running iOS 11 or prior if you have it available until someone on one end of the other can get it sorted. It's been this way for some time now. You're lucky that you're getting the phone on 12.4.7 to work as well as it does. The 5/620 models have had some firmware updates a little more recently than the 600 that may be helping.

Thanks for the reply canderson

I thought that leaving everything alone was the best way to proceed. I knew there were major issues with iOS 13 as I regularly check this forum. My IPhone 6plus had been on iOS 10.3.1 but my children purchased an Iwatch for me and I couldn't get it to pair so I begrudgingly updated the IPhone. Then I realized that the IPhone 6plus was to old and wasn't going to pair to the Iwatch anyway. My heart sank afterwards figuring that I screwed up the pairing on the 520 & 620s. But so far they are working. I hold my breath every time that I update one of these TomTom devices thinking that the pairings will get screwed up.

Thanks again M.K.W.
