GO 550 LIVE + downloaded routes

Hi All,

I've just downloaded some scenic routes via TomTom HOME onto my GO 550 LIVE but cannot find them on it. I've double checked and they were definitely downloaded to my device (internal memory).

Does anyone know how to access them? I've googled til I can google no more and cannot find the answer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to TTF.

IF your model has Itinerary Planning, the downloaded routes should have an extension of .itn and should be placed in the itn folder on your unit.
