GO 5200 keep freezing and rebooting.

I just bought my device this Monday. After update, the device keep freezing and rebooting, I tried to do soft reset, recovery but all of them not work on my device. I also tried to do the factory reset, but the problem is even I tried as fast as I can the device still freezing and rebooting. Is there any way else I can do. I'm so upset.

1st thing to do is to charge the GPS on a mains charger for 2 hours.

If still the same, your GPS is guaranteed to bring your GPS to the store to exchange it for another GPS.
