GO 510 - Startup Issue

I've been using my GO 510 for a week or so now and am thoroughly enjoying it.

However, this morning it would not turn on using the battery, car adapter or house adapter.

I had to press the reset button on the unit in order to get it to start up again.

Is this normal ? Should I expect this occasionally ?

I am now carrying a small paperclip in the car in case I need to press the reset button while I am on the road.
