Go 500 Memory card compatibility??

I wanted to have both europe and USA maps on my 500. I have an 8gb microSD card which holds the europe map so I bought a 32gb Sandisk microSDHV card class 10 but the 500 wont recognise it. I says it cant format it and when I format it to FAT32 it still wont see it!

Anyone had the same issues or is there a card limit for the go500?

That's unusual. SanDisk cards normally don't have any problems. Did you buy the card in a brick and mortar location or online? If the latter, was it on a site like eBay? Some cards offered there are phonies.

Try inserting the card once more into your device. Then do a soft reset and see if the application offers to format the card again.

Yes I did get it off eBay and after testing I think its a fake so thanks for alerting me, will get one from a reliable source now and try again.
