Getting Customer service from TomTom

I've just dropped my TomTom and have cracked the screen and it no longer responds to touch. I have just spent 2 hours trying to find somewhere to get it repaired before finally resorting to the TomTom site. The Chat Bot has driven me insane. I can't upload the proof of purchase cos I've had it such a long time the documents have disappeared into the blackhole of filing.
Is there anyway of connecting with a human being. I just want my TomTom back.

I spent over an hour on the site with the chatbot in support services with no luck. I took my details then sent me in circles. I gave up and came to the forum.
All I need is for the ability to get my TomTom repaired. Simple

That chat bott is a total pain. When I had to contact customer help I got so annoyed I just tryped in "I want to chat to a human being". It asked if I wanted a service rep, I think? Reply yes, and I was chatting to a human.

I had 2 occasions to do that and it works a treat. The second occasion was when my brand new Go Exclusive screen went blank a couple of times in the middle of a town I don't know. I am now having problems getting it replaced iy would appear!
