Getting an updated map

Hi all. I'm new to the forum but have owned my TT GO 700 for about 2 years now. I want to update my north american map but only get it shown in EURO not in US dollars. If it's correct, it shows E49.95...which is over $70! Can that be right? For that kind of money, I'll keep my current map! Any comments?
