Fuel Price Command

I am in the process of making a custom menu for my One XL. Does anyone know what the command is to call the plus service menu for the fuel price menu to call up this menu. Or the Plus service menu. Here is an example of the type of command that I am talking about:

MENUITEM|TASK_MENU_TRAFFIC|
