Hello folks. Each and every time I connect my 910 to my Mac computer and then disconnect it, it freezes necessitating me to re-start it through the reset button. I always first disconnect by ejecting it. I then usually turn it off before removing it from the dock. It always freezes at that point. I am always able to reset it ok, but I'm fearful of losing contents or worse - one of these time using the reset button won't work. Am I doing something incorrect? Thx

Wow this is strange.
Try this. Completely close the HOME application and then turn off the unit. Remove it from the HOME dock and see if it continues.
This is the method I remove my 910.

You might try charging your battery for 3 to 4 hours before using it. The battery may be bad also.
I was having that problem after letting my TT set up a couple of weeks while I was in Hospital having surgery.
It would freeze everytime I disconnected from computer.
I let it charge overnight, and the problem went away

Thanks to both for your suggestions. I'll charge the critter for a few hours and then close out Home and shut it off before undocking. I'll report back if I have any further troubles.

Gentlemen: Thank you. Your suggestions worked, at least they did this one time. I exited TT home first. When the icon disappeared, I unplugged the USB cable from the computer. The 910 didn't freeze. I also re-charged it for about an hour. So far, it doesn't seem to lose battery power very fast when turned off and not used.
