Formatting a TomTom drive(ONE V3) ..?

Or maybe what I should be asking is if; either, the TomTom's, or HOME 2's Restore Features will replace files that may be missing anywhere on the drive?

When I zoom out, of my 3D view, my display zooms out; but then it zooms back in, by itself, all the time? I do'nt remember this happening?

I ca'nt find the backup I made, of my TomTom drive; nor a second, smaller, backup.

I'm running 8.010; is this the latest? And does any know where I can find the original drive contents; of a, new, TomTom ONE Third Edition?

The autozoom back out has always been there, I understand, with no option to stop it. Yes, 8.010 is the latest firmware.

What if I noticed bad sound, or let's just say I'm interested in believing this could be important; where do consumers look to have this FDISK'd?
