Formatted TomTom One by mistake

Please assist how to configure my device to have new settings again.Nothing is showing after doing the format.Please assist with the go how? Refer to snapshot below when I power the device on.

IF you have ever backed up your old ONE unit (either using Home or your computer's normal way of copying files/folders) OR if you have ever downloaded a full map, we may be able to help. Your problem will be that only YOUR maps can be used on YOUR unit.
Please advise if any of the above are true.
